ABOUT Suzhou Ribo Life Science
Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co. Ltd.(Ribo) is a leading siRNA drug development company in China, devoted to the development of innovative nucleic acid therapeutic drugs and related products. Through more than seven year’s endeavor, Ribo has formed an enriched product pipeline from preclinical to clinical, which has heavily promoted the nucleic acid drugs research from China to Asia.
WHAT did the project do
Ribo has several product pipelines which are in the key development stage, as a drug development company, the management team wants to have a transparent and real time view of the development project budget and cost. They chose S/4HANA Cloud as the solution to achieve the requirement.

- Standardize the end-to-end process
- Implement EPPM to manage development project budget and cost
- Achieve insights across of the business

The Fit to Standard session takes 3 weeks, during which we helped Ribo to reshape the business process. We use a new way to conduct the F2S session and the method is proved to be a success in the end. We proposed Ribo to use two processes to manage the project stock consumption, the proposal is a balance on cost accuracy and management efforts, below is the proposal illustration.
Finally the project go-live in only 3 months with high quality. The professional service from delaware team is highly appraised by Ribo’s management team and all users.

What does the project do?
Qinqin Foodstuffs Group Co. Ltd., an investment holding company, manufactures, distributes, and sells food and snacks. It offers jelly products, crackers and chips, seasoning products, and confectionery etc.
In this project, delaware will help Qinqin Foodstuffs to implement services by using SAP Cloud Platform extensible capabilities including build a brand-new Golden Tax Management Application and delivery SAP iRPA robot(s).
As Qinqin Foodstuffs company vision is "Better Food, Better Life.", delaware wishes this project to be a success and more important thing is that we could make our contribution to help our customer become more and more intelligent and efficient.

COATINGCAT TRIAL VERSTION TPA

What does the project do?
COATINGCAT is a digital platform founded by four leading raw material and technology providers, Covestro, BYK, Chemours and Hexion, to provide innovative solutions to the end to end supplier chain in Coating industry. delaware will provide consulting service via TPA (Think-Plan-Act) on how to build the platform successfully so that COATINGCAT can provide latest coating formulations to cover the five main segmentation, sampling requests online, support to technical engineers, and ecosystems to the industry.
